What are Workspaces in AccuRanker?
AccuRanker Workspaces allows administrators to control which Groups, and therefore which Domains, each user can access. This ensures that users only see the Keywords and Domains relevant to their work, improving efficiency and security.
- Automatic 'All Groups' Workspace: Every Admin and Super User in your organisation automatically belongs to the 'All Groups' workspace, providing access to all Groups and Domains. Learn more about user roles here: User Management
- Customisable Workspaces: Create additional workspaces to define groups of Keywords for specific user needs. Each account allows up to two workspaces. If you need more, please contact our customer support or your CSM for a quote.
The Benefits of Using AccuRanker Workspaces
- Improved organisation: Segment Keyword Data and Domain accessibility by team, region or customer.
- Enhanced user experience: Users only see relevant Keyword data and domains.
- Increased security: Control access to sensitive Keyword data.
Note: Think of groups as folders. They allow you to group multiple Domains for easier management. You can learn more about groups here.
