Can’t Download Reports

What can I do if a report won’t download in AccuRanker?

Occasionally, AccuRanker users can encounter some problems when downloading reports. This can include a loading screen that appears instead of downloading your report.

First of all make sure to wait at least 5-10 minutes. Depending how much data you are trying to download, reports can take a little while to generate.

If the report still doesn’t download, you can try the following solutions:

Solution 1: Refresh the page / Restart the browser.

Simply refresh the AccuRanker page or restart your browser entirely. If this doesn’t work you might want to try downloading on a different browser.

Solution 2: Go to “Generated reports”.

Visit the “Generated reports” page to download your report.
